GSA Minutes
11/21/05

Stephanie, President, opened the meeting with the check-in activity.
This week’s check-in topic was “Favorite Holiday Show”

Kristie, Treasurer, moved to make an announcement about Globe Thanksgiving dinner. After some debate, the movement passed and a bulletin was to be arranged by Kristie to appear on the SHS GSA LiveJournal account.

Stephanie moved to use funds for the purchase of ribbons for World Aids Day. The motion was seconded by Alyssa, secretary, and passed anonymously. The next meeting was also scheduled to be used for the ribbon preparation.

Stephanie opened discussion on the newspaper regarding a book ban. All present club members participated.

Alyssa moved to organize the GSA folders, the motion was seconded by Caitlin, Vice President, and passed. The files were later sorted through by the entire group and supplies were organized.

Alyssa also moved to organize past meeting minutes onto the LiveJournal account. The movement was seconded by Stephanie and passed.

Club member Galen moved to close the meeting. Seconded by Esme, the movement passed and the meeting came to an end.
